Old Business:

Carol Firestone checked the pizza macine to make sure it works.  It does.  The knob is broke on the warmer.  The step is rotting (closest to the building).  Pizza prices are not going up; cheese pizzas are $6.50; sausage & pepperoni pizzas are $7.50.  Need eight more boxes & people putting pizza in the boxes.

Shoot-Out parking – 4 hour shifts – need 4 people per shift.  Need at least three people working at the shack.  Pam Hutcheson asked if we’re going to give free water.  Yes, we are.  Floy Beard asked if there will be someone to drive to the park.  “It makes a difference helping if I have to walk.”  Karen asked for commitments on working at the shack or parking.  Passed a sheet around to sign up.

New Business:

Karen mentioned that September 6th @ 6:00 pm there will be a movie night at Church.  The movie is “God is Not Dead”.  Karen made a motion to have a father/daughter dance September 20th @ 6:00 pm, since some Baptists are against dancing.  Everyone was okay with it.
Doug asked about pantry needs & supplies and asked if we could put a list in the bulletin.  Carol said we did this periodiocally.
Karen Moore mentioned the annual Dille hayride and a good time to have it.  It was agreed to have it October 5th @ 4:30.
Floy made a suggestion that children wait till after the offertory to go down to Children’s Church.  She also asked that during the greeting not to walk around the church, to stay close to where you’re seated.  Pastor Marc indicated he wasn’t going to ask people not to walk around.
Pastor Marc mentioned AWANA is starting September 3rd and we need listeners and Sparky helpers.
Pastor Marc indicated he will be gone October 19th through the 25th preaching at a revival at CoonCreek.
